Linda Lockwood and Ray Darrah met while organizing and working together on the first convention held by the National Institute of Certified Flooring Inspectors Association (NICFI). At that time, Linda was President of the association and Ray was the Convention Chairman and organizer. Each contributed many long hours of hard work to build the organization and to make the convention a great success. During this time they developed a tremendous mutual respect.
From that mutual respect grew a partnership of developing and managing Quest Inspect, a national flooring inspection service (www.QuestInspect.com) and Floor Reports, an online business center for certified flooring inspectors (www.FloorReports.com). They soon learned by working together that they were stronger and better as a team and they continue to be the working leaders of the flooring consulting and inspection industry.
